With the arrival of March, the band was anxious to return to the streets. Here we are, 23 Pipers, 2 Base Drums, 2 Tenor Drums and 5 Side drums marching in the first parade of the season, at the St. Charles St. Patrick's Day Parade. It was a beautiful March day.
