The Tunes of Glory Pipes and Drums band competed in the Springfield Highland Games on May 19, 2007. The band performed very well and placed 5th in the first competition of the season. In addition to the band competition, some individuals competed. In the Senior Novice group, Gene Green placed 3rd, while Breffni Shroba also competed. In the Grade 4 March, Stuart Barr took 6th while Tom Stanfa and John Adair also competed. In the Grade 4 Piobaireachd, John Adair took 6th while Stuart Barr and Rick Gray also competed. On the drumming side, Kayli Smith took 1st place in the Grade 3 drumming competition.

Congratulations to all who competed. It was a beautiful day and enjoyed by all.
